Olive spent most of her life wishing magic was real.

Then the Titans descended, and the world became a nightmare.

Now humanity lives in the ruins of what it once was, hiding behind crumbling buildings whilst monstrous creatures tear through anything left standing. The Gods arrived soon after the Titans, sworn to protect humanity from extinction, but people quickly learnt that Gods are not saviours. Especially not Ares.

Feared across the realms as the brutal God of War, Ares rules the Olympian Militia Academy with violence sharpened into control, training young Gods and Olympians into weapons for a war humanity is losing.

When Olive accidentally unleashes an impossible power during a Titan attack - shadow vines capable of destruction and resurrection - she is dragged from the human world and thrown into the heart of the Academy itself.

Now trapped amongst Gods who despise weakness, warriors forged by violence, and powers she barely understands, Olive is forced to survive a world that was never meant for humans.

But something ancient is stirring beneath the war.
The Titans are changing.
The Gods are hiding secrets.
