Julls Reyes - The killer. Survived the mansion and secretly orchestrated the night. Pretended to be terrified alongside the others before revealing himself underground.
Kai Villanueva - First victim. Rushed upstairs after hearing Bea's voice calling for help. Later found hanging from the second-floor railing with blood dripping from above.
Bea Salazar - The first to disappear. Secretly killed somewhere upstairs before the others realized she was gone. Her presence was later hinted at through distorted whispers and the final window scene.
Ren Dela Cruz - Vanished in the basement while investigating strange scratching noises. The lights went out, and only bloody handprints plus pieces of his torn jacket were found afterward.
Sofia Marquez - Separated from the group during the search for tools and exits. Later discovered hanging upside down from a ceiling fan, blood dripping onto the floor beneath her.
Theo Ramirez - One of the survivors. The brave one who broke free from the chains first and helped untie the others before cornering Julls.
Mira Santos - Survivor. Emotional and terrified throughout the mansion ordeal, but stayed alive long enough to escape Blackvine Hill.
Lance Herrera - Survivor. Constantly blamed everyone, especially Julls, for bringing them to the mansion. Helped overpower Julls during the final chase.
