Tokyo Shadow Run

Crimson Oni secretly steals the Dragon Key and builds an underground armored train system beneath Tokyo to transport weapons and prepare a hidden takeover. The city above has no idea anything is happening.

Agent Kai breaks into Tokyo Tower and discovers the plan. He gets pulled into the underground tunnel system and ends up on a moving armored train filled with weapons and soldiers. After a high-speed battle, he faces Lord Akuma, stops the attack, and recovers the Dragon Key, saving Tokyo for now-but a bigger threat is still coming.
