Ripley, Hicks, and Newt are recruited for a desperate mission: to venture into the darkness and locate the Aliens' homeworld to destroy them once and for all.

About this work:

Alien: Awakening is the third installment in my fanfiction saga, which began with Prometheus: Alien Engineers and Alien: Covenant - Paradise Lost. These stories rewrite the cinematic canon, integrating the original screenplays and the vast mythology of the expanded universe.

This installment merges the premises of projects that never saw the light of day-such as Ridley Scott's canceled Alien: Awakening, Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5, and the third chapter of Alien vs. Predator-enriched with key elements from the Dark Horse and Marvel comics, as well as the official background of the Alien role-playing game and fan theories that attempt to connect Alien and Predator with other films like Blade Runner, Soldier, Species, Terminator, and Underwater.

Author's Note: This story takes place in an alternate timeline that disregards the events of Alien 3 and Alien: Resurrection. The plot unfolds after the events of the comic Alien 3: The Unproduced Script-based on William Gibson's original draft-with the purpose of giving Ripley, Hicks, and Newt the fate they always deserved.
