Year 2098.

The world no longer sleeps.

Cities float above poisoned oceans, artificial moons light the skies, and memories can now be downloaded like files. Humanity thought technology would save them.

Instead, it created something worse.

Deep beneath the ruined remains of Manila, a hidden government experiment called Signal 404 suddenly activates after being buried for twenty years.

At exactly 3:33 AM, every screen around the world glitches with the same message:

> "DON'T LET THEM WAKE UP."

No one knows where it came from.

No one knows who sent it.

But after the signal appears, people begin disappearing.

Some return days later with missing memories.

Others return... different.

Seventeen-year-old Kael Reyes has spent his entire life surviving in the lower sectors - the forgotten part of the city where the poor live beneath neon lights and endless surveillance drones. One night, Kael receives a strange transmission through an abandoned radio left by his missing father.

Moments later, Kael witnesses something impossible:

A girl standing motionless in the rain while time freezes around her.

Only she can move.
