Learning to take up Space

This book full of poetry will be about anxiety, growing up, sadness, feeling the loneliness, being angry and finding myself. Making this poetry book has come across hard and sometimes I have wanted to give up doing them. But the more I thought and the more I wrote down my words, it helped me realise that maybe this could help others too.
