An Unexpected Ally

After initially mistaking him for a demon, Leyley, Mischia, and Ayesha now work with eccentric dark elf Salvhen Savram in their race to find the Masks of the Seven Saints before their enemy - the demon lord Malfezian and his hordes - can collect them all and use them for his own plans.

This is an original work. An extremely short story that was written under a strict word limit that I ended up matching exactly by careful placement of contractions. Very minor tweaks have been made, but otherwise is exactly the same as its original form - mostly just swapping words out for different ones. I didn't want to change it too much, even though it would probably read smoother if I did. No cover for now, but I aim to add one once I come up with something to draw for it.

This is just a snippet of a larger original work called Zenith (placeholder title), which in turn is part of a multiverse I've been slowly working on and off on. I wanted to start with something small for my debut on Wattpad, and while I don't think this is necessarily my best work (the word restriction really made it difficult), I wanted to put something up that I thought was at least halfway decent, and this was what came to me first. I'll probably continue to focus on small things like this for a while, but hopefully there'll be bigger and better installations to come!
