🩺🦢In a tertiary care hospital where every corridor carries the weight of urgency and every monitor writes its own rhythm of survival, Dr. Ivaan Vaidya operates on precision, not emotion. 💙❄️Code blue is not a metaphor to him. It is protocol. It is response. It is control. 🦋🩷Until Dr. Medha Dixit arrives in his department. Unreadable in all the ways that matter in medicine. 🩺But what clinical reports and duty rosters do not record is this, long before she was assigned to his unit, she already existed in his nights. 🕯️Under the pseudonym Rooh, she writes case-less stories that circulate quietly through medical forums and anonymous blogs, stories that feel less like fiction and more like patient charts no one was meant to read. 💫🦋And Dr. Vaidya has read every one of them. Without ever knowing the author. Now she stands in his hospital, in his operating system of logic, as a colleague he is expected to remain detached from. ❤️‍🩹But detachment fails where recognition begins. Because somewhere between emergency intubations, night shifts, and sterile hallways that never forget anything, 💕he realizes the anonymous writer he has been searching for has been breathing beside him all along. In medicine, they are trained to separate life from loss. To stabilize. To observe. To not feel too much. But some diagnoses cannot be contained within clinical boundaries. 🦋And this one begins with a code blue and ends in a second chapter neither of them consented to but both cannot escape. Code Blue: A Second Chapter where medicine meets memory, and anonymity becomes the most dangerous exposure.

Valeria didn't rush. She never did. Inez was pinned beneath her, wrist locked overhead, the hold precise and impersonal. Not pain. Control. Inez scoffed anyway. "That's it?" she sneered. "I've had tutors scarier than you." Valeria said nothing. The silence pressed in. "You don't scare me," Inez added, louder. Brattier. "You just-" "Enough." One word. Flat. Final. Valeria lifted Inez's chin with two fingers, detached as a correction. "Look at me," she said coolly. "If you're going to embarrass yourself, do it properly." Inez laughed, brittle. "You think this makes you powerful?" "I don't think," Valeria replied. "I decide." Her gaze never wavered. "You provoke because it's the last control you have." "I don't belong to you," Inez snapped. Valeria leaned in, voice razor-thin. "You are my wife. You belong to consequences." She released her grip. "Say it." "No." Valeria waited. The quiet broke Inez, she hated being ignored. "...I'll behave, I'll be a good girl" Inez muttered. "Specify." Inez swallowed hard. "...I'll be your good girl" Valeria stepped back, already distant. "Good," she said. "Remember why." #1 older women-13th February (FAST PACE BOOK)
