Yue has spent her entire life hiding a secret.
Raised in the Southern Water Tribe by her mother, Eska, Yue is known for her striking moon-white hair, bright blue eyes, and exceptional waterbending skills. A close friend of Katara and Sokka, she appears to be an ordinary young woman trying to find her place in the world. But beneath the surface lies a mystery neither she nor her mother can explain. Yue can bend air. In a world where Avatar Aang is believed to be the last airbender, Yue's existence should be impossible.
Determined to keep her dangerous secret hidden, Yue trains alone in the frozen wilderness. But when a group of mysterious enemies discovers the truth and launches an attack, she is forced to reveal both her water and airbending abilities to survive. Outnumbered and overwhelmed, Yue faces capture-until an unexpected ally arrives.
