Charlotte always lived in the same small town, with the same small town people. One year, this small town turned dark. Girls started getting kidnapped by a strange man. Later the police would find their bodies next to a little field in the middle of town. One night Charlotte was out past curfew. She was next. When she wakes up she's in a cave, with no idea what happened. Later she wakes up again in a luxurious house. She meets her kidnapper, Cynric, and his guard, Lathan. She's engaged to Cynric, but can't help but feel connected to Lathan. She's torn.
