Everyone is insecure about something, some people just get their insecurities ponuyed out more but deep down they still have them..
Take izuku midoryia for example he's chubby, not fat or overweight, he's just chubby it was how he was born and that is one of izukus many insecurities, it's not something he could just make disappear, he could work out everyday for the rest of his life and he would still look the same, he can't change how he looks and he finally understands that but what happened when he sees his old school bullies in his cafe?
