Entering the swanky club, my fingers ran through my snow white hair. Snagging on the sage tips, the layers never quite repaired that situation. Playing with the cross on my left ear, a scowl found its way onto my jet black lips. Fussing with my black and white printed bat button up shirt, the weight of my ripped jeans annoyed the shit out of me. Wondering what called me here, something beautiful had yanked me from the comfort of my home. Picking at my equally black fingernails, fangs reflected back at me in a well shined glass on the closest table. Being half human in this lucrative demon realm placed me in an odd position, my demon half granting me more than super strength on a bad day. "Welcome to the stage, my favorite muse, Miss Hibiscus Plumeria!" A vibrant male voice announced excitedly, the lights dying down. Every second had my heart rate racing away, a pair of shimmering turquoise strappy heels clicked into view. Scanning her legs, a flawless hourglass figure leading to a breathtaking face. Turquoise eyes locked into a staring match with mine, a frosty seashell tattoo glowing to life on our chests. Icy ribbons danced with waves of water around us, no one but us witnessing the mate bond. Smiling warmly in my direction, her fuchsia waves floated up with a playful spin. Closing her fist, turquoise scales captured my attention. The shimmer of her turquoise slinky gown stealing my breath slowing down time, her angelic voice outshining the music. Not falling under her spell like the rest of the crowd, her fuchsia lips curled into a crooked grin. Clapping her hands, an eerie silence washed over the room, her heels clacking up to me.

"I'm not the villain. I'm not the heroine either. And at this point- I'm starting to think that might be a problem." Hi. I'm Amanda. Or... I was. Now I'm stuck in someone else's body-Cassiane's-and apparently, she had a lot going on. I thought transmigrating would mean a fresh start. Maybe some plot armor. Maybe even a dramatic glow-up. Instead, I got chaos. And whatever this story is... it's definitely not going the way it's supposed to.
