Briar Campos is a big shot director in the 90s. She's known for directing some of the greatest movies in the recent years, writers and actors alike beg just for a chance to speak to her. Although with this fame she struggles to find friends who aren't just paid people who say yes to her every word, with this it leads to her to just focus on her work.

On top of all the problems she faces with the fame she's constantly being bothered to make films she's unsure about until she's offered upwards hundred thousands to make a film for a big shot pop star. In the making of the film she slowly starts to find out he's not what the tabloids have made him out to be and might be one of the most sincere people in Hollywood. She begins to question is there more to life than just working?
