What if instead of buck coming back to work, after the lawsuit and tsunami happens. He leaves, moves to somewhere completely different. Leaving his family, the 118 and his life behind. He moves to Hawaii.

And what if he found a girl of his dreams? She gets pregnant, and they have twins together, a girl and a boy. But sadly, she dies during childbirth, leaving buck to raise their kids all alone.
Years later, the twins are now 3 years old
The 118 decides after everything they deserve a break, so they take some time off of the job. They go on a vacation altogether. including Maddie and the kids. Chris, as well.
