hey guys! this is a short story i had to write for english class & i really need other opinions on it. most likely you came here from instagram, so leave a comment on that post or on this story to tell me if you like it or what to change/fix. feel free to point out spelling and grammatical errors. oh and it can be instense/ triggering at some parts. it's not very long. thanks ily all so much :)

You Can't Love Me
****** PSA: This was my first attempt at writing a story ever, THERE IS A PLETHORA OF ERRORS that I am currently working on 😂 I didn't expect it to get where it is honestly, but I at least owe you a better version of it. Good story, but what's a few longer chapters gonna do, amirite ? Okay, ENJOY this lovely premature story lol for now. ********* All rights reserved. ©GiveMeAPotato Despite the bandages that envelope his body, I turn my glare on him. "Are you insane?! Why would you do something so stupid?! You should've let the police handle it! You could have DIED, you moron!" He stares back at me with the ghost of a smile pulling at his blood dried lips. "I wasn't going to die, dove." He whispers. "Oh yeah? How do you know that?" I grit my teeth in an attempt to control my anger. He wrapped his good hand around mine and gently pulled me into a hug, careful not to hurt his bruised up body. "A little dove told me, you needed me." He whispered and kissed my head. I looked up at him with tears in my eyes and say, "I do need you," I pause and take a deep breath pulling away from him. "But if you EVER, do anything like that again, I will kill you myself!" He laughed so hard, I had to remind him of his stitches. He's and idiot. But he's MY idiot.Complete
Those nights
"Would you still love me if I said I didn't love myself?" He asked shakily. "All my love would make up for the self love you say you're incapable of" she replied back with sincerity. In which, a 15 yr old boy named Ashton, soon turning 16 in the next couple months just wants to live his life without anyone tormenting him. Sadly enough though, his dad and some 3 boys at school have been tormenting him for years on end. But his life gets a bit better once his parents old high school friends come to surprisedly visit them one rainy evening on a Saturday night in 2019, bringing along their 3 kids, Kai, the eldest and Lily and Ivy, the two younger twins always bickering whenever you set eyes on them. Although once in high school and having more friends, his life still wasn't the best as he did still struggle with his dad and those 3 boys tormenting him, as well as struggling with a few disorders - This is a book about my ocs, my two main ones being Ashton and Kai, and some other 4 main ocs, siding with others in the book. This is a romance book, mainly focusing on Ashton and Kai, but also focusing on the others in the book a bit too. This book is filled with lots of ups and downs, including sad moments, happy moments, and plenty of other moments the characters will face. Tws (technically some spoilers?) -lots of swearing -bullying -fights -abuse -violence -underaged drinking -self harm -abduction -heavy SA implications
I Fell in Love with a Bad Boy
CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place. He was able to look through my mask, he saw the cracks, and tried to fix the broken girl that hid away deep inside the girl who only wanted to be seen as 'fine'. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy.
