This is a Destiel where Castiel and Dean both have cancer...and these are counting the days up until they're last day...together they will fight there battles..they also have different types of cancer...Dean has lung cancer and castiel has breast cancer...they are supposed to die on the same day
they have 12 basically a year to live..when they meat they have 10 months to live
so when they meat they spend every minute of everyday together.
