For years, humanity has lived beneath the control of an elite alien-run entertainment empire where human performers are raised inside massive underground facilities and forced to compete in televised singing competitions known as "Elysion Stage." The public believes the competitions are simply brutal entertainment.

They. are. wrong.

Behind the performances, the organization secretly works alongside Umbrella Corporation to conduct illegal bio-organic experimentation on contestants. Emotions like devotion, fear, obsession, grief, and love are used to stabilize infections and create living weapons disguised as idols.

At the center of the facility is Cora Redfield - the youngest sibling of Chris Redfield and Claire Redfield, and the cousin of Ada Wong.

Five years ago, Cora mysteriously vanished.

After searching for her for years, Chris finally discovers the horrifying truth that Cora is alive inside the facility as one of its top-ranked contestants.

Now known across the city as a beloved performer alongside Luka, Cora has become one of the organization's most valuable assets. Beautiful, emotionally controlled, and adored by millions, she hides the fact that she may already be infected.

Oh and the worst part? Cora no longer fully remembers who she used to be.
