The whole world is on fire, and these two idiots looked at the situation and said, "You know what would make this easier? Developing feelings."

Georgie is a WASP on special assignment, which means she can handle anything thrown at her - except, apparently, making peace with cocky pilots. Because she gets assigned as co-pilot to none other than John "Bucky" Egan.

Bucky thinks she's vexatious and far too confident, egotistical even. She thinks he's an asshole who needs to be taken down a notch. But command thinks it's "working." So now they're sharing a cockpit and arguing right over their IP, pretending that doesn't count as foreplay for disaster.

It should be temporary. It should be strictly professional.

It's neither.

And Bucky would absolutely like to pretend she's nothing more than a thorn in his side.

He'll eventually realize how wrong he is.

But not until Tuesday.

Hi, and welcome to my first Masters of the Air fic! Now, a few things to point out: 1. I'm loosely following the plot of the show. All of the characters are based solely on the actor portrayals and not the real life people. Additionally, I'm bending history and events to make them work for my story. Don't take things too serious - this is just for fun! 2. This is a dual perspective story. The beginning of each chapter will have the name of the person whose perspective we're hearing from for that chapter. It will mostly be alternating each chapter, but I'm not planning to stick to that too strictly.
