Its claws tear at the flesh inside my mind. The tight grasp around my neck with its cold hands threatening me. I try to fight for my freedom from its grasp but every time I look over my shoulder its just behind. Staring with its cold eyes, dragging me back into the sea. The deep blue ocean where creatures like me suffer from its inhumanity. It steals your friends, your laugh, your hobbies. It tears away the joy of life. Turns those tears of hapinesss into a sadness never seen. Depression is stealing my life away. Help me. Please.
