In dystopian San Diego, crime is punished by having cell phone privileges revoked. No one dares commit a crime, until Jason Straus accidentally kills a girl and Summer Holiday is framed for the murder.
Leslie wakes up in a dark room of unimaginable size. She doesn't know where she is, how she got there, or what's going on, and neither do the dozens of people around her. They are all stuck to their fates as a door opens, light floods the room, and a night of horrors begins.
