Spotlight on a Crime Scene

Adrien Agreste has been brutally raped and abused by his father, Gabriel Agreste, and his father's assistant, Nathalie Sancoeur. He believes nobody will come to save him, but hope alights in his heart when he gets with Marinette. Yet Marinette is quickly subjected to this same behaviour. As soon as she finishes high school, she breaks his heart with her secrets and flees to Shanghai. He waits for 4 years, his plans with her now in the bin. He waits and hangs in there for 4 years. Will she make him whole again?

This is set in a universe where the miraculous don't exist, bcs i lwk forgot about them until it was too late.

Reminder that people respond to trauma in different ways. For both Adrien and Marinette, they respond with hypersexuality. I think it's more expected for rape victims to shy away from sexual activity, but there needs to be awareness for people who become hypersexual afterwards.
