Thunder love

The story follows Edward, a wealthy but deeply troubled boy traumatized by the death of his mother. His trauma led him to drug addiction and a dark past where he murdered seven of his relatives. His family subsequently alienated him, and his father forced him into a loveless marriage with a stepmother Edward refuses to accept.

​Sent to California for his studies, Edward discovers he possesses volatile supernatural powers linked to his emotional state-his eyes change color based on his mood (green for happy, red for anger/rage), and his touch can shatter glass or melt objects.

​In California, he meets Sohaila, a therapist hired by his family to watch over him under the guise of an administrative assistant. Things complicate quickly due to a dramatic love triangle involving Lucy (Sohaila's best friend, who is desperately searching for her missing younger sister, Bella) and Aaron (Sohaila's colleague, who is violently jealous of Edward's growing connection to Lucy). After a brutal confrontation with Aaron and a surprising letter of love from Lucy, Edward seeks out Stela, a powerful, mysterious mentor who helps him train and control his dangerous abilities.
