The Outcasts Volume 2

Six years have passed since the trauma and losses that Itsarama and Hesarama suffered at the hands of the Agivee government, but things aren't over just yet. With a new threat looming on the horizon with an aberrant man known as "Kochira Anagure", the brothers have begun their recruitment process known as "The Ultimate 4 Initiative." The first person in this recruitment process is a 15 year old boy with telekinetic powers by the name of "Kerona Masuki." Although Kerona initially appears to be a troubled and rebellious teenager, we soon learn about the hardships he has faced at home such as poverty, abuse, and grief. This story will deeply explore how a broken system forced a boy to grow up at a young age and shoulder the burden and responsibility of taking care of his younger sister Sherri in a broken home. This particular narrative also establishes Kerona as the emotional heart of The Outcasts, setting him on a path that will eventually place him at the center of conflicts far bigger than himself.
