Amara Rosewood steps onto the set of Michael 2 knowing one thing: she was never supposed to be there.

Someone else had already been cast to play the girl in one of Michael Jackson's most iconic music videos, The Way You Make Me Feel.

Then, suddenly, that actress was gone.

Now Amara finds herself working alongside Jaafar Jackson, the star of the film and one of the few people who thinks she doesn't belong there.

As rumors spread and tensions grow, Amara starts getting closer to the last person she expected. But the more she tries to understand why the previous actress disappeared, the more questions she has.

Because some things weren't part of the script.

And neither was falling in love.
