The Glass Half Empty

Some things are not meant to end with hatred or loud arguments. Sometimes, endings should happen quietly, amidst the warmth of a cup of tea, through a few exchanged words and a shared understanding.

​The depth of the love we had for each other cannot be measured. However, does having love mean that two lives must always walk together? Or is it sometimes better to part ways freely, so as not to hinder each other's journey? This diary-this story-is the unsaid narrative that remained hidden in both our hearts.

​From the first day we met until that final evening when we decided to part, I believe every moment we spent had a purpose. I hope this story reveals that love is not just about happiness, but also about the lessons we learn, and that it is in the end, when we are left on our own, that we discover our true selves.
