The High Road

Six couples. Twelve people. Seven boys, And Six girls. You know what that means. Sebastian and Lacy have the four children. Between going to school and dealing with parents, they struggle to deal with all of that and take care of a child with autism. Dancing, studying, bills, and people soon drag them apart, to build them back together. Chaniya and Blake have it all. Two beautiful children and seem like the perfect couple. Keyword as in seem. When Blake's ex hits town with nonsense of him having one of her children, Chaniya's heart shatters. Since Blake’s past is rocky, Chaniya knows he’s not telling the truth but indeed he is. Going downhill from there, they struggle to keep their relationship together. Jayden and Janice are the couple fresh from college with one child. Between bills, arguing, and staying together, skeletons from their past come to haunt them both all together. Jayden’s brother comes to town with his drama and it soon clouds Jayden also. Lies are spreaded and some truth gets to Janice. Jackson and Kayla are the ones destined with love. The way they got together was epic and everyone says they will be together forever. Under the surface, they both are losing love for each other because of their new neighbors. Jackson, who wants children, prays everyday for the son that he dreams of, but once an accident temporarily disables Kayla’s reproductive cycle, the blame is on her from her parents and husband. After running away and becoming an addict, Jackson tries his best to take care of their two adopted children, and keep the secret of their origin. Chancellor and Eliza are both listed in the armed forces. Being away for most of the time, their three children struggle to keep it together and slowly fall into the wrong crowd.
