My boss is a Playboy

"Ahhh... I can't do this," said Nandini, lowering her face. Her wet hair clung to her cheeks as droplets of water trickled down to the tip of her nose. She could feel the hot breath of her boss, Arjun Krishna, CEO of the Krishna Group.

Arjun gently placed his hand on her waist, over her damp kurta. He softly lifted a finger to her chin and gave her a naughty smile. Nandini's breathing became heavier and louder.

"You can't do what?" Arjun asked.

It was a rainy day in the city of Bengaluru. During June and July, rain was an uninvited guest, and in Nandini and Arjun's lives, it played an important role.

Nandini was a kind and gentle soul from Bengaluru. She had worked hard to complete her M.Com and had secured an assistant's role in a large company. Her mother was frequently ill, and her father had passed away years ago. For the past six months, her younger brother Nikhil had been unemployed.

Arjun Krishna was an inspiring young businessman who had taken over his father's company and turned it into a huge success before the age of thirty. Now thirty-three, he never forgot to enjoy life. He changed girlfriends as often as people changed clothes and was known as a playboy. He often made Nandini's life miserable by assigning tasks at the last minute and scolding her for the smallest mistakes.

But somewhere along the way, something changed.
