Bleeding Light

Harpies were a rare enough order on their own. The only known Harpies in Solaria had been Queen Vega and Gabriel Nox, and one of the two had passed tragically. Caelestis Dyson knew the odds of his survival were slim--nymph sightings had become more frequent, and the killings they left behind had only multiplied since the Vegas had been slaughtered from their thrones. So, working alongside Gabriel and the Aether Tracking Service, Caelestis took six months away to track, chase, and destroy every nymph he could get his talons on. To avenge Queen Vega, his aunt. To avenge every fae that had suffered at the hands of the nymphs.

Surviving Zodiac Academy was hard enough from the start, but now, Caelestis has a heap of problems to juggle: catching up on months of classwork, maintaining appearances as an Heir, attending several press Q&A's, and keeping his fiancé happy--all while trying to hide his life-threatening secret.

Blair Altair has never been considered a "normal fae". She'd rather spend her life alone in the Wasted Mountains than compete for a throne she had no interest in claiming. This, in turn, casts a very poor reflection on her-Altair, the younger sister of Caleb Altair. Society has deemed that her entire purpose is to battle Caleb for the highest seat amongst the Altair's.

Blair and Caelestis--two fae from the same world, born and raised in the same background--are tasked with the duty to uphold their family names. But what will occur when the young adults decide their own fates?
