Rowan Fletcher, a 24-year-old architecture graduate student from England, is the starting goalie for her university's women's hockey team. Between hockey, classes, and endless architecture projects, Rowan spends most of her time exhausted, stressed, and running on far too little sleep. Determined to succeed both on the ice and in the classroom, she's pushing herself harder than ever. Nika Muhl doesn't know much about the mysterious hockey player she keeps seeing around campus. In fact, she doesn't even know Rowan's first name. But after one accidental collision, one ruined coffee, and one borrowed hoodie, Nika finds herself increasingly curious about the elusive goalie. As their lives become more intertwined, Rowan and Nika will learn that sometimes the most unexpected connections are the ones that change everything.
