RWBY and Earth IV Alternative: Outsiders

As the merged worlds of both Remnant and Earth are dragged into a Third World War, allowing Salem and her forces to use the chaos of war to attempt acquiring the relics for their "new world".

However, even with the UHL and Huntsmen distracted, they found themselves facing a mysterious group calling themselves "The Outsiders", with a clear objective of ensuring Salem or her allies from ever acquiring the relics for their own uses.

However, as a question pops up in the minds of those who crossed paths with them, all came to one single question: Who do they work for?
