I was born deaf and mute, and lived with the effects for the better part of my childhood. I struggled daily while also suffering horrible tragedies at a very young age. At the age of 4 I was visited by Polio. A medical error followed, a trip abroad, four operations, my anisoscelia. Thus I got my Disability, a trip with difficulties, a beautiful journey though. At the age of 38 I was visited by Lung Cancer, another surgery. The journey continued with new obstacles and with the happiness of Paternity, where I experienced the surgery that my son underwent at the age of 10 days! The loss of my work and a new professional journey experience my true Story, the events that led to the formation of my Shield.
