A Cyberpunk 2077 Sapphic Side Story
Unofficial fanfiction - set in the world of Cyberpunk 2077. I don't own Night City, Arasaka, Militech, or any CDPR IP. Just two OCs trying not to die in Watson.
Night City doesn't love girls like them. It uses them.
Raven Vance is a Watson ripperdoc drowning in debt, with a neural lace that's misfiring and a hard rule: never shelter a doll. She knows what happens to pretty girls with chrome in this city - they don't get rescued, they get repossessed.
Then Nova glitches through her clinic door.
Bleeding synth-blood. Violet eyes flickering with corrupted code. A fried neural port sparking at her temple. She's not just hurt - she's a secret. A ghost in the machine. A glitch Arasaka tried to erase when they decommissioned Project PHOENIX. Every scanner in Night City is coded to find her and flatline her.
Raven should turn her in. Get paid. Survive.
Instead, she lies to Trauma Team, cleans the blood off Nova's face, and drags them both into the gutter.
This isn't about blowing up Arasaka Tower. This is about surviving the streets underneath it.
No safehouse. No plan. Just two women roughing it through Night City - stealing antibiotics in Kabuki, sleeping in a storage room behind a Japantown noodle stall, syncing their neural laces on a busted couch just to quiet the nightmares. Learning how to be soft in a city that punishes softness.
Nova is the one error the system can't patch. Raven is the only one who sees a glitch and wants to protect the girl, not harvest the tech.
And in Night City, falling in love with the ghost you're supposed to sell might be the most dangerous - and most human - thing Raven's ever done.
