Rhythm Wilkins, is an average teen girl, no she's not, she is kinda weird, everyone sees a creepy redhead chick that loves black, and is always quiet. Out of all of her parent's seven children, she was the runt, the last born, the one with the no achievements. her biggest achievement might have been, watching the whole titanic movie without crying, her sister called it heartlessness but she saw it as a major achievement. What they don't know is that she does have a talent,..dancing, her two very best friends are also great dancers. When Derek Jennings ( aka Dj) the son of the owner of Star Quality dance academy, visits her school and happens to stumble upon Rhythm and her friends dancing at the back of the school, He gave them an offer to join the dance academy. Will this be Rythmn's chance to achieve something great for the first time in her life? Will she be able to resist falling for DJ?, And last but not least will she finally follow the beat of her heart?. [PG13]

"Hey, aren't you the guy who sells T-shirts by the Academy?" Katie asks me. "Yeah ... I-I though you'd never know." I say. She's never noticed me before! Inside, I'm jumping crazily. Almost everyday, his crush since elementary school, Katie Vanilla, goes into the shop to either look around, or talk to Tyler. Tyler has never known why, but she does; and at the shop, they're basically friends. Katie Vanilla is 'The Popular Girl' at school, and everyday she goes to the T-shirt shop to get away. She wants a break from her very busy life. Now at school, Katie doesn't even know Tyler exists. At school, Tyler's his alter ego shy self, with only a handful of friends. It's not until one day, he offers her help on her homework that she realizes they go to the same school. Isn't she smart? Tyler, excited as can be, hopes their store relationship will carry over to school, but will it? And why does she really talk to him at the t-shirt shop? What's her backstory? And the biggest question is, does Katie even like Tyler?
