Nicole is a young woman in her twenties, a journalist for a well-known newspaper company. She covers all things from local news to unsolved mysteries. When given chance to investigate a town that's barely marked on the map anymore, she takes it without a second thought. Missing person cases, all gone cold. A town with a population less than 200. A forest that hold more than just shrub and wildlife. This is exactly what she's been waiting for, or is it?.. Hidden deep between the trees and vines lays something more than a story, more than an unsolved case. Something that will keep Nicole in this town for much longer than she expected. Can she solve this case, or will she become one of the many names? (Please note that this story is written purely out of boredom and will not have regular updates)

After being rejected by her husband and Alpha in front of half the werewolf world, Allison does the only thing left that makes sense- she walks away. Heartbroken but unbowed, she rebuilds from the ground up, turning her experience as a Luna into something new: Luna's Compass, a consultancy that fixes the messes other packs are too proud to admit they made. No attachments. No politics. No pity. But fate has a sense of humor. Her newest client, Gordon Hale, is a widowed Alpha raising three daughters and holding his pack together by sheer will. What starts as a six-month contract becomes something far more complicated- professionally, politically, and painfully personal. Between grief, politics, and the slow burn of something she swore she'd never feel again, Allison must learn that fate isn't about who you're tied to - It's about who you become when the bond breaks.
