Amore Feroci drove fourteen hours to Georgia for peace, quiet, and absolutely no people.

Instead, she found Cassian Laskaris.

He steps into my space, and I freeze, every nerve on fire.
His hand slides around my waist, his palm burning hot through my clothes as he pulls me against the hard planes of his chest.

"You're quiet tonight," he murmurs, his voice low and raspy, his heavy gaze dropping to my lips.

"Just thinking."

"About?"

"How bad of an idea this is."

Cassian's dark eyes lock onto mine, a sudden, intense focus that steals my breath. His grip on my hip tightens, anchoring me against him.

Instead of pulling away, I place my hand over his.

Slowly, deliberately, I guide his fingers down my hip, sliding his palm to the bare skin of my inner thigh.

I pull his hand upward, higher, until a ragged gasp escapes my lips at the friction.

"Then stop thinking," he commands against my mouth.

One bad idea could ruin absolutely everything-or be the exact ruin we both need.
