Ashlin used to be a student of Section E. Quiet, distant, and impossible to read, but one thing everyone knew was that she would do anything for her friends.

When Jay-Jay transfers to Section E, she quickly becomes the target of bullying. As Keifer puts his plan into motion, things slowly begin to settle down-until Ashlin returns.

After being absent for an entire week, Ashlin walks back into the classroom, but something is different. A scar now runs across her eye and lip. She gets into fights more often, and the girl who was once fiercely loyal to her friends now ignores them as if they don't exist.
