Minseo has spent most of her life feeling out of step with everyone around her.

Everyone else moves forward, university, careers, plans for the future, but she stays still. Working part-time, living at home, and carrying struggles she never quite knew how to explain.

Under an anonymous account, Minseo uploads rough demos in the middle of the night, never expecting much more than a handful of listeners. Until one of those listeners turns out to be Han Jisung.

At first, he's just another username. Another stranger who understands her lyrics better than most people understand her. But as messages turn into late-night phone calls, shared songs, and a friendship neither of them expected, Minseo finds herself growing attached to someone she never planned to let close.

The problem is that Han Jisung is everything she isn't. Successful. Talented. Loved by millions.
And no matter how much he insists otherwise, Minseo can't understand why someone like him would ever even talk to someone like her.
