You need saving... (bkdk)

Months after a mission goes catastrophically wrong, Izuku stops acting like Izuku.
He's hides behind a mask. He still goes to work. He still smiles when civilians thank him.
But the second he's home, he disappears into bed.
Katsuki notices the signs before anyone else. Untouched meals, sleeping too much, then not enough, showering less often.
The thing is, Katsuki has his own problems.
The mission left him with PTSD. Loud noises make him flinch. A shout or scream will send him into panic attacks. Some nights he wakes up convinced he's back in the rubble, hearing Izuku scream his name.
Neither of them wants to burden the other.
So they both pretend they're fine.
They both fall apart trying to save their partner, ignoring their own troubles until it gets too hard.
