There is no greater pain than loving someone whose heart still belongs to someone else.

Yet the biggest question is...

What chance do you have against someone who's been gone for so long... yet still lives in the heart of the person you love?

For some reason, that is the cycle of love.

Sometimes, it lets your heart break before it leads you to the happiness you were always meant to find.

Sometimes, it allows you to experience pain first, so that when genuine love finally arrives, you'll know exactly how precious it is.

Because the deepest happiness in love is often born from the deepest heartbreak.

And in the end, every tear, every goodbye, and every wound becomes part of the journey that leads you to the love that truly stays.

This is a JenLisa-inspired story that I wrote-with a little twist.

To make it feel fresh and different, I changed the characters' names instead of using the usual ones.

As you read, imagine Madisson Quinn as Jennie Kim, and Raven Elouis as Lisa Manoban.

I'm also a fan of JENLISA but with all due respect to Jennie and Lisa fans, I simply wanted to give the characters different names while keeping the personalities and dynamics that inspired this story. Since the names "Jennie" and "Lisa" are used so often in fanfictions, I wanted to try something a little different.

So from here on, think of MADISSON as JENNIE, and RAVEN as LISA.
