With the kind of natural talent most athletes spend their entire careers chasing, she's spent years dominating the track, and learning to expect nothing less than perfection from herself.

Then Amber appears.

Amber isn't supposed to be a threat. She's not the most naturally gifted athlete on the track, but what she lacks in genetics, she makes up for with something Eve can't understand and can't ignore:
