Trigger [Shane Walsh x Adelaide Grimes (OC)]

"I'm the Wall, Adelaide. Nothing gets past me. But who's going to protect you from me?"

When the apocalypse hit, twenty-year-old Adelaide "Ada" Grimes lost everything-except for Shane Walsh.

Her father's best friend. Her protector. And her secret obsession.

In the wreckage of Georgia, Shane isn't just a deputy anymore; he's the dark, jagged force keeping her alive.

But as the lines between protector and lover begin to blur in the shadows of the quarry, the unthinkable happens: Rick Grimes returns.

Now, the "happy family" is back, and Shane is being pushed right back into the role of the loyal sidekick. But Adelaide isn't a child anymore, and she doesn't want her father's morality.

She wants the man who stayed.

As Rick leads them toward the light, Shane descends into the dark-and Adelaide is going right down with him.

The world is dead.

Morality is ash.

The only thing left is him.
