TITLE: The Love I Never Confessed

I never planned on falling in love.

Especially not with someone older.
Especially not with my Japanese instructor.

He was talented, charismatic, and admired by many. He could sing, dance, model, and make everyone laugh with just a smile. He seemed perfect in every way-a man who had already achieved so much while I was still trying to find my place in the world.

At first, he was just another teacher.

Then he became my favorite part of the day.

Then my inspiration.

Then the person who unknowingly changed my life.

This is not a story about getting the one I love.

This is a story about a girl who quietly fell for her instructor, kept her feelings a secret, and discovered herself along the way.

Some love stories begin with a confession.

Mine never did.
