"Aadhi!" I froze. My grip on the handle tightened. I turned around, my breath hitched.

There he was, red eyes, tears streaming down his face, panting, crying.

God I have never seen him like that. The next thing I knew and felt was that I was stumbling to not fall, my hands gripping his shoulders as he hugged me. Tight. Like he wouldn't...let go.

"Please don't go." He cried. My eyes burned. Throat tightened. "Please."

"Attention passengers travelling to Singapore. This is the final boarding call for Flight SQ 535. All remaining passengers are requested to proceed immediately to Gate 14. Boarding will close shortly."

"M-Madhav." I whimpered as I detached myself from him. His eyes were desperate. God those eyes. They were begging me. To forgive. To stay. But I have no choice.

"I have to go." I said wiping my tears. He looked so wrecked. "Please I-I.."

"Please don't say it. Please."I cried as I turned to go. And then I stopped. Turned towards him. "Will you wait for me?"
