Once Upon a You | THE AMBYS 2024 Paranormal Favorite ✔️
| 8𝘅 𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗗 · A YA Beauty and the Beast gender-swapped retelling. Bit of a Stranger Things vibe going on, too! Life was going mega well for Beatrice-Bea Laurent, a soon-to-be 18-year-old certified Insta star slash posh gal. She was spending every waking breath throwing parties, and dodging responsibilities. Until one fateful day when an Instagram scandal has her parents banish her from New York to New Town. Next thing she knows, she is cursed by a creepy old lady and is... changed. She starts growing fur, claws AND fangs! *** Beatrice Laurent is your average posh teen girl, who goes to classes when she feels like it. Which is basically... never. She spends her days lounging on her couch, staring at her phone screen, sharing fab life insta stories with her "friends," and sliding into their dms. Dodging real life responsibilities left and right, she does nothing, yet has everything. And, she has no problem with that. In fact, she enjoys it. Chartering planes-check. Private yachts-check. Designer duds-check. No expectations, no responsibilities, no worries. But that all ends when Beatrice gets grounded and banished from New York to New Town. Cherry on top: she is cursed by a creepy old lady at a party she threw! Suddenly she is friggin' growing fur, claws and other feline attributes, and having the incredible urge to roar and pursue tiny rodents. What's a girl to supposed to do when she involuntarily transforms into a beast and can't attend classes no more? Can Bea count on Ross Thorne, a bookish classmate who is struggling to stop living in his older brother Gus' shadow... To keep her secret? And perhaps aid her in the un-cursing when their budding affection becomes more than apparent? © 2022 EvelynHail Exclusively on WattpadLengkap

The Power Of Silence | Volume 1 of TEMOF
Frankie's trick has always been simple: watch everyone else closely enough, and nobody ever thinks to watch you. It works until an exam, when a note appears under his foot that was never meant to be an answer key. A name he doesn't know. Four words underneath it that he can't stop reading: He knows what happened. Frankie tells himself it's nothing. He's wrong. Within weeks, there's a torn page from his own notebook, stolen from a bag he never let out of his sight. A photograph of Frankie and his five closest friends, taken from an angle none of them noticed, stamped with one word: Vulnerable. Then a blackout traps all six of them inside a locked classroom, and a voice over the PA calmly announces that phase one is complete. Someone has been studying them. Watching which of them trusts too easily, which one fights, which one freezes. Someone who knows the school well enough to move through it unseen. Someone who knows things about Frankie's family that Frankie doesn't know himself. He's built his whole identity around being the quiet one in the back row, the boy who watches and writes everything down and never gets close enough to anyone to be hurt by it. That version of Frankie doesn't survive this book. Now the five people he's finally started to trust are in danger, and observation isn't enough to protect them. He'll have to step out from behind the notebook and become someone they can trust in return. But Frankie still doesn't know what happened, or why these six were chosen. And the more he searches for that answer, the more he begins to suspect that someone wants him looking in exactly the wrong direction. Book One: The Power of Silence, the first installment in The Enigmatic Mysteries of Frankie, is a YA mystery-thriller about secrets, surveillance, and what happens when the person who's always watching finally gets watched back.Lengkap
