Army Dreamers is a Peaky Blinders fanfic set in February 1919 after the First World War. Thomas Shelby, and his brothers run the Peaky Blinders with threat and razor blades. They're moving up in the world. Tommys been distant and cold since he come back from the war-he came back different. He used to smile and laugh, not anymore.

That's until Florence Whittaker arrives. She's from Devon-all auburn hair and soft smiles. She'd wanted to get as afar away from Devon as possible, but of course there was only so far on a train. She's ended up in Birmingham where she has took up the job for a barmaid in the Garrison Lane Pub.

Their paths cross with sarcastic comments laced with no bites and small smiles that were almost invisible to others. Where would this get them? A peaky gangster and Devon barmaid...
