Tatara survives the shot to his heart somehow and wakes up at the hospital (the autopsy's clinic to be specific). Since he was in fact, dead a few minutes ago. Tatara becomes a case of miracle. This could be amazing news! Except for the part that Tatara can't remember his past. He can't even remember the people he once called family. For now he will struggle trying to come back to Mikoto and the gang. He will overcome a few events before he gets his happy ending. 

Ps: the story would go around other characters too. Like Yata and Fushimi. My favorites!
