Going to (probably) be heavily inspired by Bendy and the ink machine's in-game lore.
More than 20 years spent underground stuck in whatever you might think hell looks like can surely do terrible things to the mind. You know you are not welcomed on the surface so what's the point of even trying to leave? You're a failure, you were the prototype, the experiment, and now you have no choice but to hope one day you'll be released from the hell that is immortality.
