Tatum Sinclair an ER doctor who has worked at the hospital for 4 months now, she expects nothing more than the shifts and high-pressure cases. Growing up in a family full of doctors, she always wanted to be just like her father. Her father was well known for being a neurosurgeon, his name was called Trent Sinclair, this means she has big shoes to fill but she's determined to stand on her own. Tatum has always wanted to save other people that sometimes she was concerned about others more than herself.

One drunken, after a tough week, she lets loose and ends up meeting a stranger at a bar. Both too drunk to think clearly, they spend one steamy night together. As the morning came buck slips away quietly, leaving no number, and no name. Weeks later when the 118 walk in to the ER they didn't expect to see each other, to stunned to speak to each other. She didn't expect to meet a certain blonde, who will change her life and he didn't expect to meet someone who understands him.

Tatum doesn't expect to feel at home with the 118 and let alone find someone who just understands her. But behind her calm presence she hides a secret she's worked hard to keep locked away. A past that refuses to stay buried. A connection that feels far more dangerous than any fire or emergency calls they face.
