Living in a forest with nobody else but herself and her animals, The witch-a very loving and caring woman-has nothing but time on her hand. She doesn't care about the rumours circulating about her in the village, and doesn't care about the people living there. At least that was before a little thief started stealing from her house.

Hazel, is Hansel and Gretel's older sister. She takes care of her siblings as a best as she can, but can only do so much when there is a shortage of food. That is until she comes across a gingerbread house. At first, she only intended on stealing just a few pieces to feed her siblings and herself. But when the few pieces were not enough to keep her full, the house wasn't the only thing she hungered for.
