Ryujin used to think he had plenty of time.

Time to say the things he had never managed to say. Time to keep the promises that were still unfinished. And time to believe that no matter how far he wandered, as long as he turned around, the people who mattered most would always be there waiting for him.

But little by little, life taught him something different.

That not everything can wait until tomorrow.

Some moments only come once in a lifetime. Some people seem as though they will stay by your side forever, yet no one can ever know what the future holds.

It is only when time begins to move faster than we expect that we realize the things we once overlooked because they felt so ordinary were, in fact, the most precious things of all.
